Founder Marc Ho

When Marc’s son was diagnosed with ADHD, his heart sank—like so many of us, he felt the weight of fear, the confusion of “what next?”, and that quiet, aching guilt every Singaporean parent knows too well. “Did I do something wrong?” “How will my child cope in our schools?” “What will people say?”

But instead of giving up, this Singaporean father began a quiet revolution at home. He turned to mindfulness and brain-based teaching—not as a quick fix, but as a way to truly reconnect. What began as one dad searching for calm in his own HDB flat became a journey that has since helped hundreds of families across the island find peace again.

Marc says:
“I realised calm isn’t silence. It’s learning how to listen—to yourself, to your child, and to what really matters in the middle of the chaos. It’s not about fixing our children. It’s about understanding them.”

He had tried everything—consulted doctors, occupational therapists, teachers, friends, and family. Progress was slow, hope felt thin. Then, he found the methods by Teacher Malcolm Lo. That’s when the real turnaround began—not just for his son, but for his whole family.

Today, Marc’s dream is simple yet profound: to share this lifeline with families in Singapore. Because he knows, in his heart, that every parent here wants the same thing—to see their child not just cope, but thrive, and to find harmony at home again.

“Our children are not problems to be solved,” Marc says. “They are stories waiting to be understood. And every family deserves this chance.”

— Marc Ho

He wanted to help other families find that same peace—not by changing who their child is, but by changing how we see them, how we stand with them, and how we believe in them.
For every parent who has ever lain awake at night worrying about tomorrow—this is for you.
